Finding a location for a Computer Lab

I so much want to offer inner-city students and adults the opportunity to learn how to use technology (software, hardware, digital cameras, etc) free of charge, in a clean, safe environment in their own neighborhood. Not an internet cafe, but more on the scale of a computer lab that is equipped with the tools necessary for optimal teaching and learning. Any suggestions that you may have to help me actualize this dream by the way of securing the funding, technology, lab space, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
